With construction underway on the field and track area of O’Neill High School, the public who uses the area for exercise should plan on it not being available by the end of this week, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Frank Sheboy said.
These three students were the top fundraisers when the HFIS 3rd through 6th graders participated in Jump Rope for Heart, a fundraiser for the American Heart Association again this year.
It was called ‘Lobby Day’, and that’s just what 25 representatives of the Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District did at the New York State capitol on Wednesday, Feb. 27.
On January 18, Highland Falls Intermediate School seventh and eighth graders — in an activity planned relating to Martin Luther King Day — spent a day participating in activities about different forms of prejudice.
