BOE presented certificates Thursday
Let award season commence!
On May 9 the Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District held its annual Artists’ Recognition, with Superintendent of Schools Dr. Frank Sheboy handing out certificates to several dozen students who had participated or performed in events across the region this past school year.
On hand to help him congratulate the students were music teachers Lisette Bankus, Tom Cunane, and Chris Reynolds, and art teacher Patricia Hassler.
“We are happy you are here with us tonight,” Sheboy told the students — who were treated to cupcakes at the end of the ceremony — and look forward to recognizing other students and teachers in the weeks ahead.
