U.S. Military Academy Cadet Alex Davis graduates in just a few weeks, but took the time recently to not only offer Highland Falls and Fort Montgomery merchants her advise on cadets as customers in the future, but even offered to help facilitate that relationship.

Summer breakfast program is added

In conjunction with the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley and the Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District, the Town of Highlands Recreation Department will not only again offer a free lunch program for all children up to age 18 this summer, but also add a free breakfast program.

Highland Falls Mayor Joe D’Onofrio will host a ‘special recognition ceremony’ of those community residents 85 and older on Saturday, May 11 at 1 p.m. at the Senior Citizen Center, 15 Drew Ave.
