You may have seen two new faces in the Highland Falls Police cars lately — Salim Agha and Racquel Vogel were both recently hired by the Village Board as full-time HFPD officers. Both were welcomed by Chief Ken Scott (center) and board members at the Sept. 17 board meeting.
