Five years ago on June 19, Highland Falls native Tyrone King ‘brought back’ a tradition that another resident had started in the village several decades ago.
The community’s annual Trunk or Treat event, co-sponsored by the town’s Girl Scouts and Chamber of Commerce, will take place on Thursday, Oct. 31 in Highland Falls.
