
The Highland Falls Intermediate School has completed the American Heart Association Kids Heart Challenge fundraiser — it helps aid in heart disease research and education (formerly named Jump Rope for Heart). The HFIS raised $1090.41! Shown here with Principal Mike McElduff are the top four donation receivers: 1st – Juliet O’Connell $339.68, 2nd – Tristan Wolf $154 (missing from photo), 3rd – Katie Fahl $143.73 and 4th – Simon Surowka $107. The event is coordinated annually by PE Teacher Tim Hendershot.
