Members of the Fort Montgomery Fire Department presented Puppies Behind Bars’ Nora Moran (and dogs Charlotte and Diggs!) with a $1700 check at the Fall Foliage Festival. The money was 50% of the proceeds of the FMFD’s PTSD awareness t-shirt fundraiser. With Moran are two of the organization’s dogs, which are used as service dogs once graduating from the program.
