Highland Falls High School and O’Neill High School alumni … don your best maroon apparel and get ready to celebrate Homecoming 2019 with the current high schoolers.
Homecoming festivities are right around the corner, with ‘Spirit Week’ at the school starting on October 1.
The first thing that community residents will want to participate in is the annual Homecoming Parade, featuring student athletes, clubs and others from the high school, set for Wednesday, Oct. 2 stepping off from Thayer gate at 6 p.m. It will finish in the municipal parking lot across from Sacred Heart Church with a short spirit rally.
For students, the annual Homecoming Pep Rally will take place during the school day on Friday, Oct. 4, the same day as the Homecoming football came, against Rondout Valley at the Prep School field at 6:30 p.m.
To close out the week, the student homecoming dance for students will take place on Saturday, Oct. 5.
Homecoming events are co-sponsored by the Student Council and Parent-Teacher-Student Council.
