Supervisor Bob Livsey reminds all who use Mine Dock Park in Fort Montgomery that parking is prohibited on the river side of the track. There is a large lot on the west side of the tracks, he said, for park-goers to use. Here, a train heads north on the tracks on Tuesday morning, just past the parking lot entry.
