It’s that time of year!

Col. Evangeline Rosel, a 1997 graduate of West Point and native of Hackensack, NJ, has replaced Col. Cecil Marson as garrison commander at West Point.

Nickname: Originally, the Middle English word “eke” (also) was joined with the word “name” — to form “ekename”, or literally “alsoname”. Through the years it morphed into the word “nickname”.

Trajectory, is by definition “the path followed by a projectile flying or an object moving under the action of given forces.”  We innocently understand the idea of trajectory when a football is thrown by the quarterback with the intent of successfully connecting to the receiver, or a baseball player throwing a ball to first base.
