With heavy hearts we write that Marilee Patricia Simonds Meyer, born August 19, 1960, crossed over on July 2, 2024, at the age of 63 after a very brave battle with bacterial meningitis.

Her early childhood was spent in Bogota, Columbia. When she was 6 her family relocated to Ft. Montgomery, NY, permanently.
She married her high school sweetheart, Ray Meyer, in 1981. They had 2 daughters, Justine Rimland and Lindsey Rae Meyer.
She was a dedicated caregiver, creative and skilled quilter and crafter, and was passionately fond of her dogs. She touched the lives of thousands through her work as the Memorials Editor for the Association of Graduates of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Marilee was the foundational support of her family and a cherished friend to many. She will be missed dearly.
