Vincent J. “Jimmy” Servedio passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. He was 85 years old.
Son of the late Vito Servedio & Carmella Eazzetta Servedio, Jimmy was born on October 6, 1935 in Cornwall. He was a retired Materials Handler for the United States Military Academy in West Point, and a veteran of the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Johanne Terralavoro Servedio at home; sons: James Servedio of Boston, Massachusetts, William Servedio of Greenwood Lake and Jonathan Servedio of Jersey City, New Jersey; daughters: Sharon Sedlak of Hopewell Junction and Melissa Servedio of Greenville, South Carolina; brother, William Servedio of Tolland, Connecticut; sister, Anna Hubeny of Fort Montgomery; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, William Michael Servedio.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place in Eagle Valley Cemetery in the Town of Highlands.
