Lewis A. Felty passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at his residence in Fort Montgomery, NY. He was 68 years old. Son of the late Sylvester L. and Elizabeth M. Askins Felty, he was born on September 4, 1952 in New York, NY.
Lewis served his country in the U.S. Army from 1973 -1975. After His honorable discharge, he worked in the maintenance department for the Cadet Barracks at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. In Lewis’s free time he enjoyed hiking in Bear Mountain, going to car shows and listening to his music
He is survived by his two cousins: John Palermo of San Marcos, TX; and Rocco Palermo of Boynton Beach, FL.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Selma J. “Sis” Saylor passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Montgomery Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Montgomery. She was 96 years old.
Daughter of the late Clifford W. Phillips & Evelyn Conley Phillips, she was born on March 7, 1925 in Highland Falls. She was a member of Church of the Holy Innocents in Highland Falls and was the widow of Ralph Saylor.
Survivors include her son, Andrew Saylor of Highland Falls; daughters, Janice Saylor of Highland Falls, and Evelyn Lutes & her husband Gary of Highland Falls; seven grandchildren: Robert, Michael, Kimberly, Nicole, Michael, Andrea “The Favorite”, and Kenny; and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her children: Ralph Saylor, Barbara Krings & Nancy Saylor; brothers, Elmer & Willard Phillips; and sister-in-law, Emma Phillips.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Woodlawn Cemetery in New Windsor.
