James F. Dunlap passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Montefiore Hospital in Bronx, NY. He was 63 years old. Son of Patricia Melley Dunlap and the late Lloyd “Pete” Dunlap, he was born on June 3, 1957 in Newark, Ohio.
James was a retired Dispatcher for the Highland Falls Police Department in Highland Falls, NY.
Survivors include his loving mother, Patricia Dunlap of Highland Falls, NY; his siblings: Frederick M. Dunlap of New York, NY; and Mary Ann Lewis of Louisville, KY; and by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. James was predeceased by his father Pete and his sister Joanie Judd.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at William F. Hogan Funeral Home, 135 Main St., Highland Falls, NY 10928. A Graveside Service followed at 2pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Middle Hope, NY,

Bruce Halstead died on February 24th after a brief illness, he was 56.
He graduated from James O’Neil High school.
Bruce is survived by his brother Frank Halstead and his wife Janet, and his loving companion Linda Scheeler.
A private service will be held with the family.
