On Saturday, Highland Falls’ Rio VanZetta turned 14, and he had the ‘drive by birthday of all drive by birthdays’, featuring friends, family, emergency vehicles, a motorcycle, and even a big dumptruck! Many participating tossed cards and gifts out their windows so as to not get too close to the birthday boy, but this driver made good use of a long ‘grabber’ to pass a card to Rio!
