Thomas F. Miller passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital in New-burgh. He was 76 years old.
Son of the late James and Alice Gilroy Miller, Thomas was born December 27, 1943 in New York, NY.
Thomas owned and operated Tom Miller Painting in Fort Montgomery. He was a former member of Fort Montgomery Fire Department.
Survivors include his loving wife Brenda Bailey Miller; his children Jay Miller of San Diego, Calif., James Miller of Elmwood Park, NJ, and Cheryl Hannigan of Thurman, NY; his sisters Maureen Kilgore of Fort Montgomery, and Alice Davis of Sprain Brook Township, Penn.; and his three grandchildren, Heather Miller, Jesse Miller and Shane Miller.
Interment will take place at Eagle Valley Cemetery in Town of Highlands.

Raymond Nielsen
January 25, 1962 – April 3, 2020
Highland Falls
Raymond Nielsen, of Highland Falls, entered into rest on Friday, April 3, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Newburgh. He was 58.
He was the son of Raymond and Barbara Nielsen, born January 26, 1962. Ray was a graduate of Highland Falls High School and retired from the Palisades Interstate Park Commission in Bear Mountain.
Survivors include his daughter Courtney Nielsen (Jameel) of Highland Falls; his son R.J. Nielsen; his former wife, JoAnn Nielsen, at home; his mom and stepdad, John and Barbara Gorczynski of Pennsylvania; his sister Tina Tamok (Mike); his brothers David Nielsen and Carl Nielsen; his half-brother, John Lisi (Tonya); stepbrothers John (Lorraine Miller), Ron (JoAnn), Mike (Sophie), Jeff and Troy; and his grandchildren, Jayden, Audrey and Jiovanni.
He was predeceased by his father, Raymond Nielsen.

Paula O. Schwartz
December 31, 1933 – April 9, 2020
Highland Falls
Paula O. Schwartz passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Peekskill. She was 86 years old.
Daughter of the late Charles and Ethel Slote Rosner, Paula was born December 31, 1933 in Newburgh. Paula was a devoted housewife and loving mother.
Survivors include her daughter Susan C. Schwartz, of Highland Falls, and several cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband, Newman D. Schwartz and her son, Ethan S. Schwartz.
