O’Neill High School junior Rex Young was among the participants at the Spring 2019 Frances Hesselbein Student Leadership program, established by the Military Child Education Coalition.

O’Neill High School’s students voted on their leadership for the 2019-20 school year just before school ended for the summer — the following are the new officers.

U.S. Army 1st Lt. Lexi West, a 2016 O’Neill High School graduate and 2021 U.S. Military Academy graduate, is slated to compete in the 17th Best Sapper Competition, to be held April 19 through 22 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
