With construction underway on the field and track area of O’Neill High School, the public who uses the area for exercise should plan on it not being available by the end of this week, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Frank Sheboy said.
“For safety, barriers will soon be put up as the capital project progresses,” he said. “Plan on the track not being available until mid-fall.”
He said the community is welcome to use the gravel track at the Highland Falls Intermediate School for walking or running.
