Village Trustee Barbara ‘Charlie’ Murphy attended her final meeting on Monday; the election was on Tuesday to see who would replace her on the board. Murphy served one year as an appointed member of the board, and then was elected twice, serving a total of six years. She was praised for her service to the community at the meeting, and presented with a plant by Mayor Joe D’Onofrio.
